How Are Updates Applied – Automatically or Manually?
You update the desktop application manually. As soon as a new version is available, you install the update yourself, or your IT team assists you with it.
How Can I Check Which Version I Am Currently Using?
In the desktop application, click the "i" icon in the top right corner. It shows the version you currently have installed.
Are There Release Notes or a Changelog for Updates?
Yes. You can find all release notes and changelogs in the Helpdesk under Releases.
Can I Continue Using an Older Version of the Software?
No. As of version 2026.1, there is no longer any downgrade compatibility. Switching back to an older version is not possible.
