The Helpdesk Call gives users of the software the opportunity to discuss questions and difficulties directly with other users and our experts. The goal of this meeting is to discuss the issues together and look for solutions. The topics can be diverse - from problems with the software to "best practices" for working on projects with Halocline.
Participation
Participation is easy via an access link that will be sent to you by email a few hours before the meeting starts. The Helpdesk Call takes place via Teams, but it is not necessary to download the software to participate, as it can also be accessed via a browser. There are no other requirements for participation.
