Register at halocline.io/register. Enter your company email address there. Your account will be created in just a few steps.
Can I Register With My Company Email Address?
Yes – and only with a company email address. Private addresses, such as those from Gmail or other similar providers, are not accepted.
How Do I Receive My Login Credentials?
After registering, you will receive your login credentials by email. Please also check your spam folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.
How Long Is an Activation Link Valid After Registration?
The activation link is valid for 30 days. If you have not used it within this period, it expires – in that case, simply start the registration again at halocline.io/register.
Who Can Create New Users?
In principle, anyone with a valid company email address can register themselves at halocline.io/register – no manual setup by anyone else is required. If, however, it concerns assigning licenses to already registered users, please contact helpdesk@halocline.io.
